After installing CELM, start CELM Manager. You will get a warning that the CELM Server is not available and taken to the tab to enter the path.

Do not use localhost in the path. Manager uses this path when installing the service on remote computers.

Once the Server path has been entered, create an SQL Server database.

A new Beta version of CELM has been posted.

This version includes several bug fixes.
